I think we all know that Van Hansis is gay, but he's never explicitly confirmed it publicly (as far as I know) until now.

Chandler Massey from Days of our Lives wins a Daytime Emmy while Van Hansis from As the World Turns never won one in the 3 years he was nominated. They both portray/portrayed gay characters but Van was SO much better. You know he was.
